Not "heavy duty" and not readily recyclable
I won't be able to use these as intended, as they are not "heavy duty" as per description. For them to be heavy duty they should probably be polycarbonate or other shatterproof plastic. The plastic used is polystyrene (obviously not the foamed variety), a very clear but brittle material. If you flex the cup enough it will split from top to bottom.PS is also not commonly recycled in the UK, as it is not a thermoplastic. Putting a "recycle" badge on it doesn't change that.Will get some other use out of them.
