Terrible customer service. Item was not the colour as described, never opened the package and returned. Seller only issues part refund, when I query why I’m not getting a full refund I was told by the seller “why should i pay if the item is not faulty it was not my fault…speak with Amazon if you don’t agree”I had to contact Amazon twice because even after Amazon contacted the seller on my behalf, the seller still refused to do anything. Avoid this seller if you can! There are a lot better items out there, I didn’t even open the scarf and it seemed very light/thin and cheap, nowhere near the claim of premium quality.

Bought for a wedding. Lovely quality well packaged and prompt delivery. However, in the picture it looks like a baby pink which is why I ordered it to match my dress. The item is actually a dusky/rose pink so I won’t be able to use it for the wedding as it doesn’t go with my dress.

Bad bad bad. Avoid avoid avoid. I had hell with this seller. The scarf was bad quality. Only issued part refund. Had to go through Amazon to get full refund back. Genuinely shocked with Amazon for allowing this to continue. Last time I posted a review about this scarf it got rejected. I guess we shall see if it’ll happen again this time.

I wasn't sure about this scarf from the photos on the site. After asking a question and getting so many positive responses I ordered a white one for myself. I love it, lovely and light and floaty - just what I wanted.

Beautiful but plain scarf true to colour also great length so you can wear it multiple ways !! I like to hide my tummy. Chiffon but loads of it so still keeps your neck warm. :)

Fast delivery, arrived this morning. Very happy with the quality of this scarf. It's also large enough to wear as a shawl, sarong or hijab. It's better than I expected, and I'll buy more for Christmas gifts for family and friends. Very beautiful scarf.

Bought this for my daughter's wedding. Lovely colour and nice material good colour for my shoes and bag. Looks more expensive than what i paid for it. Only reason for 4 stars is that it was too short.

This is just what I was looking for to go with an outfit for a forth coming wedding. The material is thicker than I thought it was going ng to be but that simply adds to the quality and value for money. Absolute bargain and I would buy again in different colours. Thank you.
