My IPhone 6S finally was dropped so many times it no longer works. I remember being curious about this phone. I didn't want to spend a thousand dollars on a new phone so I thought I would give it a try. Even though it came out a while ago I feel like the Fire phone is still comparable with new phones. So far I really like it. The battery seems to last longer than my old IPhone and it does everything I need it to. Plus it has some features that surprised me. The dynamic perspective feature is really cool. And I can play music, movies and listen to audiobooks with no issues. Camera is 13 mega pixels takes nice photos. I listened to music all afternoon at work and it only dropped down a couple percentages on the battery. That would have completely drained my old phone. I'm very happy with this purchase. Came in the box with charger and instructions it all looked brand new. I have T-Mobile which works great with it. I almost want to buy another in case I am clumsy because I like it so much.

I bought my first fire phone more than 6 years ago when they first came out. I really liked it then and still like it now because it is essentially a phone-sized Fire Tablet and has all the functionality of a Fire Tablet, in addition to being a phone.It integrates perfectly and seamlessly with my other Fire and Kindle devices, including my other Fire tablets, my Kindle, and my Fire TV. My original one still works and I use it as my primary phone. My second one works well and I use it mostly as a portable music player and mini book reader. My original phone will do this too, but I like to use the second one because then the phone and text messages don’t interrupt my music.I later got a third one to keep in reserve, because these devices are becoming hard to find, and I want a replacement in reserve in case my phone eventually dies.I hope that a new Fire tablet phone will eventually come back onto the market; if they do I will definitely buy. The only reason now for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Fire OS is gradually slipping more out of date, and some apps are losing functionality. My Fire Phone is currently running Fire OS 4.6.6.1 with the last available installed update on 1/16/2016. By contrast, my 6th generation Fire HD 8 tablet is running Fire OS 5.6.7.0 installed 8/29/2020. I imagine there are not many Fire Phones still in use, so that is why they are not being updated, perhaps that and the hardware is becoming dated.Nevertheless, the Fire Phone still works well, functions well as a Smart Phone, and the apps retain about 90% of their functionality overall. And the dynamic perspective 3D is still an eye catcher. Overall this is a great phone and I will keep using it as long as I can. If the Fire OS gets updated, it will go back to 5 stars.

I love the fire phones but the one I bought from this sheet broke after two months. They refused to replace it and refused to do anything. Tried giving me a discount on a new phone after I just spent 160$. Don't but from this company. Go straight through Amazon they are better at responsibility.

Device received already had burn in on the LCD. Other than that, the phone functions well.

Came on time and in great condition could have been packaged better but other then that happy with my order even got the 60bg version when I ordered a 30gb

I'm unable to connect my device to Mint Mobile because Amazon's app store doesn't have the program.... 3rd party carries with apps I'd suggest staying away from this.
