PRIME-LINED 1858 Steel Sliding Door Roller Tandem Assembly with 1-1/4 Inch Steel Ball Bearing, Golden, Set of 1

I bought pair exactly year ago. Was working great but week ago door started to move really tight.I was thinking maybe something got into wheels so I removed door and found out one wheel on one of the rollers is broken. I tried to grease them all but it did not help much. Conditions they are working under are really good - no water or dirt. Quality seems to be garbage - last just one year!I do not recommend them.

My casters were messed up for years and my door was hard to open for years because I always thought repairing the door would be hard and expensive. This proved me wrong. 2 bolts on each, cheap price, and a little silicone and they're in and working like butter. These are great.

For feature ratings I gave "Easy to install" a 5 star. Was this easy to install? Well, that depends. Do you include the difficulty of turning a large sheet of heavy glass upside down? Do you include getting out the old rusty rollers? That wouldn't be fair to rate this product based on that.Actually installing these once the old ones were out was VERY easy. And they are the exact same rollers as the old ones in my Pella sliding patio door.And now my patio door glides sooo smoothly.I only have one complaint, but it's not about the rollers, it's about the Amazon Create Review page. Can anybody tell me WHY there are feature ratings for Sheerness and Adhesion on this product? NO, you can't see through it, in fact you can't even see it when in use. NO, there is no adhesion, in fact adhesion would be BAD for this, right?? SMH.

Pros: Easy to install & makes door glide so effortlessly.Cons: Difficult to remove old unit (identical) after rollers and bolts rust.I wish there were a stainless steel version of this roller assy! That would really help down here on the beach.

I decided to try to refurb my 15 year old Pella sliding glass door since it wasn't sliding as well as it once did. Got the door off the track and found that these rollers had the same measurements as the crusty old ones so I figured it was worth a try.Got them installed and the door back in the track and adjusted the door height - wow, what a difference. It rolls with little effort now and it's like I just installed it in 2006. Worth the investment if you also have crusty old rollers.I did go to my local Ace and get 2 new stainless steel mounting screws since new screws are not included with these. They were 10 x 1/4 and 1/2 long for my Pella door.

These do a great job and made our slider so much easier to open. They work great and I would have given them the 5th star but they do not include a new bolt for mounting it in the actual door. The old ones are trash and I almost completely stripped one when installing them. It makes no sense to me to not have included replacements. Only issue with the actual unit is that you'll end up slamming your door a lot more!

I had ordered a set of two, for my patio sliding door. After 10 months one of the roller bearings went out, causing the door to drag a bit. I contacted Amazon and the refunded the coast of the roller that failed and I order a replacement. (site states 1 year warranty) Hope this roller assembly does not fail. I made sure that the door was plumb and the track was cleaned as I did prior to the first install.

Wheels are good smooth rolling just has no bolt hole to mount it up ward just has side hole but seems to work good my door is in need of replacement but this fixed it for couple more years 👍

Made my sliding glass door quiter and smoother.

Great replacement for the original plastic rollers.
