24 Mantra Organic Turmeric Powder, 7 Ounce

Now that there is solid finding that inflammation is the root cause of all illness, I am arming my family with a variety of drug free anti inflammation tools.This 'certified organic' Turmeric Powder does not contain unwanted toxins.We are not fans of this sort of seasoning, curries, etc. excepting once in awhile.My solution is to shake a bit of this Turmeric on whatever I am cooking and find it does not affect flavor of the foods.Update: I have learned that for Turmeric to be effective, it needs to be paired with Black Pepper- 1/4 cup organic Turmeric Powder to 1 heaping teaspoon of. also organic, ground black pepper... mix well keep in a salt shaker.

We eat a lot of turmeric for its antioxydant properties.I even read that one can whiten ones teeth with turmeric. Counter intuitive I suppose since this spice can make stains which nothing will remove.This turmeric is very good and organic and certainly well priced. I've been using turmeric off and on for 40 years, but I've never smelled one this fragrant. I think I may be having curry a lot more often now. This product is so different from its competition. It's good on deviled eggs, scrambled eggs, potato salad, okra (very good), carrots and, of course, anything curried. Rice, potatoes, chicken, beef, onions, summer squash, and PICKLES, any kind. OK, time to go make some organic brown rice.

excellent strong taste. love it in my golden milk smoothie. and of course it is organic. how can you go wrong? i have to say my pains have come down after starting the concoction: rice milk, apple, kale, cucumber, avocado, maybe coconut oil, ginger, turmeric and pepper. yum yum

Got a damaged packet which looked like a decade old. Got a replacement one which is good.

Whoa. It's my fault, maybe. The stuff stains everything, and I don't know how to make this kind of stuff stay in one place, coming out of a bag. I need to buy in different form.

I was glad to find a large bag of turmeric reasonably priced so that I can just refill the plastic container my usual brand comes in.
