Everyday Elixir. Work out? Yup. Long day? Sure. Drink? You betcha. Only thing that will revive you after any hard nights, bonus plus if you get it in before sleep. I have used it basically daily for four years, and hope it never gets discontinued. The other flavors are okay, but this is brain coolant and will make your life better. Good for anyone who pushes the envelope.

The taste is a 10/10. Take it from someone who hated the taste of BCAAs. Omg, I used to not be able to stomach how bad they tasted until I stumbled on this brand and flavor. It’s a must with my pre-workout!! I promise you will love the flavor. I love the value you get for your buck. It is highly effective for post work to prevent pain and soreness. This is the second purchase of this aminos. One scoop is strong enough for it to be mixed on a 1/2 gallon of water. I down it throughout the day. The last 2 glasses after working out. It helps recover from workouts and longs runs much faster.

Tastes great, works even better
I am not a "supplement" guy. But I was looking for an easy product that would provide a bit more zip in my pre workout regimen.I actually look forward to taking this pleasant tasting product and the amino acid formula provides just the kick I needed without any nasty aftertaste or caffeine overload.

Hydrate and feel great!
I bought this and I didn't realize fully at the time how essential it was for long endurance activities in the sun. I have mixed it in bottles for bike rides and stayed hydrated all day. No bonking. I have drank it the day before a race and totally felt my body fueled and hydrated. So after it was all gone I bought more.

Strange taste due to artificial sweeteners
I did not like the flavor of this product and I will not buy it again. It contains artificial sweeteners, which give it a terrible aftertaste and make me nauseated I am unable to use my product.
