Great CBT Resource
As a counseling/play therapy student, I found this book useful when working with children. It is a nice fit with CBT. The book encourages conversation about Self-control, breathing, good vs bad choices.I would imagine that this book would be useful for teachers and parents.

Beautiful cover, black and white illustrations
I had read the other reviews and was excited to receive the book. When I the book came, I was disappointed. The pictures are black and white, and the text is long.

Great for younger kids who need to manage behavior
This book was exactly what I hoped it would be. I work with children with ADHD and this book is a great way to present behavior control ideas in a kid friendly way
