Lovely book in perfect condition

I used to own this book but lost it at some point. I re-ordered the book and its even better than I remember. Great info about the early years or HB up through the formation of Cartoon Network...But the best part is all the colorful artwork art work. (Wish that Filmation book from last year was put together with as much care!) Buy this book if your even a little bit intetested in animation or any of the Hanna Barbera characters. They're all there waiting for you!

A truly beautiful book with plenty of art work from practically all of the Hanna-Barbera roster of characters (with special sections dedicated to Flintstones, Jetsons, Scooby, Yogi and Top Cat). This is a MUST for any HB fan and American animation fan. I got my copy used, but it was in near perfect condition. I will definitely cherish this book forever!

Book is hard to find. Great information and book was in very good condition with no Mark's just some normal wear.

First, I have no idea how this book escaped me. I have several books on Hanna Barbera already, including The Art Of, The HB Treasury and Alex Toth's in Black and White which are chock full of his HB model sheets. Very informative and great artwork. This is a welcome addition to my history of cartoons books.

I am an Animation major at the Art Institute and I bought this book. it is fantastic, Amazing, spectacular, This book is a must have for any ones library. for thoses of you who know nothing about cartoons or this book. please supervise children!!! it is not a good feeling when they start ripping the pages out of the book and start eating the pages!!! Dam you parents!!!! you could have at leased paid me for the book cost!

I purchased hopeful it would be a definitive history of Hanna-Barbera Productions. It is far from it.Beautifully designed, and well-intended, this book is weak in the text department. That being said, there are many delightful images representing highlights of the H-B history. This is an example of style over substance.

I looked through this book dozens of times when it was available in book stores but never unlocked my wallet to buy it. I received a couple of Amazon gift cards for Father’s Day and used one of them to finally buy a secondhand copy and I’m glad I did. It’s a beautiful book and a wonderful tribute to Bill and Joe and the terrific cartoons I grew up with in the 60s.
