I have fallen arches. Had them for as long as I remember.I’ve had some 5 custom made insoles and tried some 10 off-the-shelf ones. So I have some experience...These are probably the only off-the-shelf that worked 100% for me! The bulb in the middle was a bit annoying at first, but after a day or two I didn’t notice it and I kind of enjoy the support there.And finally - I’m not sure if this is possible or just my imagination - walking on a floor when taking off the shoes it feels like my arches are higher (!) Very odd but clearly a brilliant feeling. Maybe my leg angles and gait something changes when I wear these soles.The ONLY niggle I have is that they take up a lot of space in your shoes. So I can only use them in my more spacious trainers and better still when I remove the original insoles. So my dress shoes just won’t take them. Unless I would have bought shoes a size up....

I have found these very supportive for my plantar faciitis. However, I did need almost a whole size larger shoe even where the the shoe insoles can be removed. It depends on the shoes, for the wide fitting shows, a half size is probably ok, but for a narrow shoe, either a whole size or choose a less thick orthotic solesThey are a bit expensive, quite firm but are well made, I have found them comfortable similar to the arch on a Birkenstock but if not used to orthotics, then a less thick slight less firm sole might suit better.

In 2020 I started getting intense pain on the underside of my right foot, from research it was Plantar Fasciitis, I tried several makes of insole support, with partial success. I saw your product on amazon and noticed that the depth of support was greater than the others. I ordered a set of insoles. On fitting the into my shoe I found that the height of the arch gave greater support and stability, after 1 week the pain had completely gone and I could walk correctly once again. I since ordered another 2 pairs to save me having to change the item when using different types of shoe.So far I have not experienced a recurrence of the debleating pain. Many Thanks

Partner has been suffering with plantar fasciitis for some time now. We have been using straps, rolling bottles of ice, elevating his foot. You name it we've tried it. Received these yesterday. He had a moan about how uncomfortable they are when in his shoes but guess what, he forgot about his pain so I'm really happy they work. As with anything alien in your shoe it is uncomfortable to start with but once you've wondered about for a day with these soles, they definitely help this nasty condition. Anyone who has to stand up all day long would benefit from these, I recommend them !!

I have very high arches and suffer from very painful feet if I walk too much however this is greatly reduced when I wear these inner soles. I’ve bought more so I can put them in different shoes

I suffered from a lot of heel pain since my job requires me to stand for 8 hours at a time. At first when I tried the boots with the soles I felt an instant relief. The pain did come back but transferred towards the middle of my food to where the bump is on the sole. This did take a little getting used to but it was no where near as bad as the heel pain that I was suffering from before. All in all it took about a week for my feet to get used to it and now honestly I don’t feel any pain at all. I would highly suggest these foot soles, just make sure you try them for at least a week so your feet can adapt to the shape of the sole.

I have flat feet and am not motivated to spend hundreds of pounds on custom inserts as it doesn’t bother me hugely. However I am in a profession where I am on my feet all day and I do feel it in my feet during a busy shift. I also need to take care of my back/knees as it is a quite a physical job, so decided to try some cheap inserts to see if they help with comfort on long shifts and hopefully help train my flat feet more to take pressure off other areas. I wear these in my work trainers and they are great - size as expected, no need to cut them, arch support in the right place and nice and soft (but not so much that it negates the support) would definitely buy again if they wear out.
