I DON'T GIVE 5 STARS-- EVER... but this brand is so clean and true to why so many of us became vegan, I must pay my respect with an outstanding review. First off they have Vitamin D2 instead of fake vegan-D3. Most supplements have the "vegan" d3. But I'm sensitive to energy, and b.s, and I was astounded to see the vegan d2. Second, I'm comparing this vegan brand to the best "athletic" multi-vitamin I found on amazon, and was taking that 3x's/daily for my needs-- with this brand, I have had to scale back to just 1 serving on off-days, and 2 servings even on some leg days, which is incredible because I do HIT and anaerobic training mostly. I would also give this a higher rating than garden of life, and pretty dang good. I really do feel the potency and moreover, the symmetry of this product, there's no aftertaste, no weird side effects, and you might actually wind up using only 1x/day depending on your daily needs, because the product really is.... balanced. PLEASE DON'T SELL OUT AND CHANGE THE INGREDIENTS, PLEASE DON'T ADD SOY OR WHEAT OR CANOLA ANY OTHER CRAP TO THE FORMULA. IT IS PERFECT and I applaud you so much for making a multi-vitamin for vegans purists, not just vegan fadists. Much love and respect to you- a holistic beauty expert, empath, sensitive, and of course- vegan. :).

Approximately 8 months ago, I became a Vegan.About a month ago, I began to feel like I needed a Multivitamin to Supplement my Diet.I came across this product and after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try.I've been taking these vitamins for 3 weeks now, and have already noticed the difference.I Love This Product! These vitamins are amazing. I really felt like they absorbed and were supportive of my overall good health & high energy level. I think they are wonderful. No nausea. No hot flash from niacin. No cautiously taking on a full stomach for fear of feeling sick.. .loved so much by vegetarian mom (me!) that I purchased for my 20 year old veg daughter...and we BOTH LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

Tastes terrible

Ordered this in error, when looking to replace missing Senior Symmetry, but works well.

So far I am really happy with them and the fact that I don’t feel like garbage taking them. I appreciate that they are a capsule and that they aren’t a major brand name. I will continue on with them. Two things I will make note of. One: there was a giant sticker over all of the important info. Two: after I worked at scraping it away says take two twice a day or four twice a day if you’re super active or need more. So unless you read the fun print, know you’re taking four a day. Regardless it’s nice to find a vegan vitamin with no iron.I feel tired whenever I take these. Can’t tell if it’s the vitamin or that I just ate a meal.

ONLY 62% OF MINIMUM DAILY VITAMIN D REQUIREMENT IN THE TWO/DAY TABLET RECOMMENDATION.!!!!!!!!!! Very Expensive & non-returnable; requires TWO tablets/day, What a rip off. WARNING!!!!!A GENUINE RIP OFF

I have taken many different multi-vitamin or different supplements. Most of them had sugar, it you take over 5 different vitamin it may contain too much sugar already. Especially, all different gummy vitamin contains sugar as well.
