Q: w what size is table. hat.

The Table Top is 23 1/2 long and 15 1/2 wide. It took a little patience to get the bottom dowels in place. I think I used a little wood glue however I have found it to be very sturdy holding heavy reference books in the bottom basket. It has served me well as a table next to the chair I use to do most of my typing on my laptop. The surface space accommodates my work needs with room for books, notes and often a drink. I am very pleased with this as side table.

Q: Has anyone put a living room tablw lamp on this lovely side table? Does it fit or overwhelm the table? Thank you. Picture?
