Very Sturdy and Strong
This is truly heavy folding ladder...it is very sturdy and build quality is right up there. I a. Really happy with this ladder. I have another aluminium ladder which has higher length but this one is more sturdy and stable

Plastic steps and shaky ladder, not durable
The ladder looks good, but very shaky and needs some papers on one side of the bottom to stand steady. It has plastic steps, so I am doubtfull about the durability of the ladder. Emailed Seller twice to enquire about the plastic material and quality, still no response except the thank you email for buying the product :( and requesting us to reach out directly in case of issues... not reliable in responses too.The lock mechanism is also looking weak. Not happy with the purchase.

An inferior quality product only good for 2-3 times of use
The ladder is made of inferior quality plastic and very flimsy, if you stand on to the whole thing would shake, the plastic parts have started to come off, and two steps have already cracked within a month on use. The weight capacity mentioned odd also not correct. This product can be suggested only if you wish to have a one time use of the same. Not at all durable, steady and not easy to fold as well.

Owsum service by seller even after due date.
