I can't find canned coconut milk that doesn't have emulsifiers in it. Xantham gum, guar gum, etc make me very ill, so I can't use most creamers for coffee or tea and can't make curries or fruit popsicles with coconut. These cakes of creamed coconut are easy for me to stir into coffee or tea and to use in recipes. I was happy to find them at such a good price, too.

Great flavor, when you finally get a chunk off the block. It says not to "store above 60 degrees F. It was delivered to the door while I was gone in the summer during 80+ degree heat. I've been keeping it in the fridge and breaking off chunks and adding it to my chai and coffee
