it took some time to get the effect but this shilajit rejuvenates and enrgises the body. Good to fight against day to day fatigue and lethargy. i am exactly not aware of the authenticity of this product as shilajit is supposed to be like a black tar semi liquid substance but i have seen the effect after using it . The real shilajit is black in colour. You can buy the best quality from Srinagar, Kashmir.This bottle contains capsules with green powdered shilajit, I am not sure are these green powdered capsules real shilajit or not

I have used that product and I did not see any effact after some day i used that with Himalaya Tentex fort tablet which was increased energy and stamina.

I suspect it's not real Shilajit because the colour of real one is black and it's green powder inside the capsule and they claim it's only Shilajit so how is it green
