I’m actually really disappointed I can’t return my filter. They usually work so good but in my two pack I received a faulty one. Unfortunately there was no way of knowing until I screwed it on. Being that I bought a two pack there was no way to know by the return date. Super disappointed considering this is a product I usually enjoy

I was very disappointed it is not as the picture. These and little dome filters. Not 5" as the picture shows.The only reason I ordered this was for the 5" and it would fit the Nomad Gravity. I will not use these filters. I will try to return them.

This ProPur filter I use with the pitcher since August 2020, to remove flouride. It's awesome and tastes great! Filters 250 contaminants too. Affordable too.
