I like to do a lot of research before I buy a supplement, especially one with multiple ingredients. Here's my breakdown of this product:The ingredient list makes sense. The goal of the keto diet is to switch the body from burning carbs for fuel to burning fat (dietary and body fat). If one could increase the rate of fat burning, then they could expect to lose more weight.The seaweed extract (fucoxanthin) ingredient in this product builds up in fatty tissue and induces fat loss while also blocking the storage of fat.The ingredients capsicum extract (Capsimax), caffeine, and coconut powder work to increase metabolism (this has been shown in human studies).So in other words the keto diet works to liberate fat cells, and keto flame helps to burn them for energy. Basically this product is a solid one and should work for most people like it did for me.

Keri Fast Pills did not work for me. I stayed hungry all the time and gained weight.

I’ve been taking Keto diet pills for 3 weeks and lost 7 lbs. Ive found a bit more energy and I want to give them a fair try. However,my blood pressure has gone sky high. My doctor questioned the rise but I was ashamed to lell her about thesr pills because I am a nurse and I feel certain the pills are the cause. Ive stopped taking them temporarily to see my b/p stabilizes.

I felt like an alien baby was going to pop out of my abdomen. It hurt so bad that I had to take the rest of the day off from work. That was AFTER the fact that I had to go to the restroom and was in so much pain I was in the fetle position on the bathroom floor for about 30 minutes before I could get up and tell my boss I needed to go home. Unlike anything I've ever experienced.

It works! No seriously, it works. I had started the keto diet about 5 weeks ago. I lost a good amount of weight in the first 2 weeks, then all that progress just stopped!! I was so frustrated, because I felt like I was doing everything right.My friend recommended this product because she is part of their 2 week challenge and like her results. I tried it and after only 10 days I finally saw the scale move again! I’m so excited to see where I am after 2 months using this with my diet. I will be purchasing again for sure.

I purchased "Flame" and "Kick-Start" as a supplement for the 14-day keto challenge. No disappointment. Increased energy without being jittery. I was concerned it would raise my blood pressure, but it did not. I take one capsule in the am and another in the afternoon. A few days I only took one capsule and still felt good. The product does not dramatically increase and then dramatically decrease. It is a level increase of energy. I have purchased both products again.

I tried these after a couple of co-workers commented postively about hte product. With 2 days I developed a very odd stomach ache. I stopped taking these, and all meds. I even went to the Dr. around day 5 and they couldnt' find anything wrong with me. After about 8 days of taking nothing I felt 100% better, so i resumed my normal routine and meds including the Flame. The same day I took the first dose again the odd stomach pain returned. I immediatly stopped taking Flame and gave them away. I've had no problems since. So just pay attention to your body.

Didn't do anything for me, but I tried hoping it would.
