The 26 inch blade is made from 1060 high carbon steel. Blade thickness is 5/16 inches near the brass habaki. Beautiful slightly wavy hamon/temperline was produced by using clay. The kissaki/blade point section is of medium size. The tsuka/tang is 9-1/4 inches long measured from the back of the habaki. The curvature of the blade is measured by placing a straight edge from the back tip to the front of the habaki. This blade has a sori/curvature of .6 inches.
