I love this fan! Very easy to install. I also purchased the extension pole as I have tall ceilings. I have 6 recessed lights in the room and didn’t need a light kit. I think it would have taken away the beauty of this simplistic fan. Motor runs smoothly with no noise! Highly recommend. Great quality and value.

Such a high quality fan, absolutely silent operation, looks great. Installed this is a covered patio since it's rated for wet locations (as opposed to the lesser "damp" rating, or indoor rated). I'm using a 36" downrod and there is a small amount of visible movement. Very bare bones - no remote and no ability to add one - but it's a great value.

I bought 2 of these fans, one for a screened in porch and the other for the open patio area. They are very good looking, made well and are working great. A friend put them up for me and he said it was very easy and all the parts were there. I would definitely recommend the Hunter fans,

Just what it’s supposed to be

Wobbled a bit more than other fans I've installed, but that might be my fault? Its an understated fan which I like and you can tell they really thought about how to make it really resistant to the weather. If I was doing it all over again I might buy a bigger fan though. We put ours up in our covered pavilion and the air flow dissipates quickly as you move out from under the fan.

Surprised at how stunning it looks in the sunroom. Simple and elegant.

Unfortunately I purchased these fans in June and my contractor did not get it installed immediately because of an emergency contract that came through for him- house fire. When installed, I was immediately unhappy with the overall appearance and quality of the product- I feel it is not customary of a Hunter Fan. I know it is past the return date, but I never gave it another thought because I am so familiar with all the Hunter Fans & assumed the product would be great. If you allow me to return (4) of the fans, I will totally be happy with a credit to Amazon for the purchase of (2) different fans and (2) exterior light fixtures. I have installed (2) of the fans and totally not happy with the quality.

Very happy with every aspect of this fan except for the output. If you’re looking for silent then this is the fan for you. If you’re looking for a fan that will cool you on the deck/porch/patio on a 90°F day then this is probably NOT the fan for you. I think it will be an overall great fan but I had a fan no longer made by Hampton Bay that would cool 20 people on a hot screened in porch and this fan ain’t it. Otherwise great!

This was very easy to install....instructions were clear. The fan is literally whisper quiet and seems to move enough air to service our 20x12 veranda. Still early in the season so time will tell, I suppose.

This fan is by far very high quality. The nice thing about the fan is that it has a wood grain on one side, and is plain on the other, so you can choose between the two styles. This fan is worth the money.
