PerstorpAttika 24% - Acetic Vinegar for Pickling 300ml

I was happy to find this. Now I can use my swedish recipes.

Most Nordic recipes call for a variant of this product - a 12% Attika. Buying this product nets you twice as much, as all you have to do is dilute one part 24% Attika with one part water.I made Dill-braised sweet and sour lamb yesterday night, and it was delicious. The recipe called for 2 tablespoons 12% Attika - I simply had to use one tablespoon of this 24% Attika, instead. Simple math.What I find funny is this product actually functions as a window cleaner as well when not diluted, yet you can ingest it with your recipes. Just don’t use too much, and follow the recipe exactly, or you may have to call a poison control center! Not good.This product smells strong, clean, and pure. It is of good quality.I recommend this product.Do it!

I use it to add to salad dressing or with cabbage

One of the bottles was empty because the lid was cracked. It tAlso took 3 weeks to get here And Is Not eligible For Return.

As a Swedish born food-lover cook, I have to say that there simply is no American substitute for this Perstorp 24% Vinegar. If you want to make pickled beets or cucumbers; Bearnaise Sauce, red cabbage for xmas/Jul or whatever calls for this Swedish base ingredient, there is a particular flavor that cannot be replicated by any other product.I am ecstatic that Amazon is offering this product, since I cannot travel to Sweden to pick it up.Thank you Amazon, again, for making rare products available!
