I purchased this toilet seat as I really wanted a Bidet in the new en-suite I was designing for my home but didn't have the space. I looked at bidet/toilets combined but you have to have separate temperature and water controls which I didn't fancy. I came across the Flory seat and it was exactly what I was looking for. Apart from being lost for 2 months by DPD, It finally arrived and I had it fitted a few days ago. it has exceeded my expectations. Heated seat, adjustable spray nozzle and adjustable water pressure, warm water, warm air dryer. You can just press auto, or use each function separately. It comes with a self cleaning function as well. Ideal for men and women who are conscious about personal hygiene. I sound like I work for the company! I don't by the way. I think this would be perfect for someone with a disability. Make sure you check which style of seat you require. I took my seat to the plumbers merchants to find a toilet the seat fitted perfectly. Got a few strange looks.

Actual product is good value and works well but supplied connections for water and electricity sub-standard IMHO.Replaced water hose with 10mm push-fit UK product . As plug sockets are illegal in UK bathrooms (excepting shaver sockets) I removed supplied inline RCD and 3-pin plug and then wired through wall to permanently mounted RCD fused spur..

For those thinking about buying this product, think no more.Very well designed and value for money, you are not throwing your money down the toilet with this product!The install is pretty simple. We first used these in Japan, where they are absolutely bog standard, as it were. The Japanese have no doubts whatsoever about the benefits of high technology in all aspects of life, which is why there is not a trace of embarrassment or annoying potty humour associated with these wonderful devices. Hygiene benefits are obvious and they are genuinely a pleasure to use ! Who wouldn't want to sit on a heated seat and have warm water sprayed and warm air blown in strategic places ? NICE !!!As for the product. UK regulations mean you can't use the 3-pin plug in a bathroom/toilet, so you have to get an electrician to to bring in sealed wiring from outside the room. The lead supplied has a circuit breaker safety device near the 3-pin plug, it's OK to remove the plug but not the circuit breaker so the electrician has to connect the lead to the new wire inside a junction box. If your toilet is near a bathroom cupboard you can put the junction box in there. Otherwise you have to connect outside, which might be a problem as the lead is only about a meter long. It's not really feasible to replace the lead entirely and remain within regs.The plumbing is theoretically easy if you have plastic pipes. Otherwise get a plumber. One thing though, the connection supplied doesn't make a sealed joint. I struggled with this for hours then went to the plumbers merchant and for £1.96 got a connecting piece. Together with Plumber's Mate soft putty the joint went together quickly and easily.Overall you need a bit of nouse to install, or get in the professionals.However it is a truly great product and about 1/30th the price of the old fashioned solution which is marketed as a complete unit for the disabled. Why should they have all the fun ? And get ripped off in the process.

The bidet is fantastic. It has so many different functions but best of all is the customer service of this company.I had some problems with one of the two bidets that I purchased, and they immediately offered a replacement and even covering the cost of plumbing. What more can I ask for.

A very good value product and it seems, at this early stage, good quality too. I bought it to try out this kind of “system!!” with a view to perhaps having to upgrade later, but feel there will be no need to do so. Really works well and can’t see how the very expensive models can perform any better. Very pleased.

It's a good bidet/toilet seat and replaces an earlier one I have had for some years. It does "all it says on the tin" and my only criticisms are that it would be even better if the water tank volume was bigger, and maybe the warm air drying system was hotter...

not entirely happy.. it stopped working after 7 months, will now need to get the warranty.... hope we are covered.
