Great pad. Really comfortable. Surface isn't too shiny/slippery. Pillow is really comfy and useful. I used for bike touring around French Alps. Nice and light, great comfort to weight ratio, size can be packed down to half the size of the carry bag it comes in so if pack size is an issue find something to put it in (I just packed it tight and stuck an elastic band around it). Would recommend to anybody looking for a good night's sleep. Length is just about long enough for me (6' 3") but would still take it and hang my feet off if I was 7 feet it is so comfy. Good width as well. I have an old full size Thermarest and purchased another Thermarest before buying this but both were too thin and uncomfortable, and the second was also too narrow. Can't vouch for thermal properties but as long as not in contact with the floor I've always considered the sleeping bag should carry most of that burden. Size, comfort, weight, pillow, build quality all 5*. I would also recommend the Rectangular XL Naturehike sleeping bag also available on Amazon for summer camping in comfort. The size of both items allows freedom and the bag also packs down small and light - great combo for backpacking/cycle touring whilst sleeping like a baby!

Decided to spend a bit more on an airbed as the cheaper ones seem to deflate overnight whether they are new or old, and are not very comfortable I have found.However, this airbed met and exceeded my expectations. Although it is not too high off the ground, with it firmly inflated those were the best two night's sleep camping on an airbed I have ever had.It lost hardly any air overnight. You could have it slightly less inflated than I did if you prefer.It is not overly wide but I didn't notice any issues with that.The inflation bag supplied works with some effort and time but is adequate if you don't have an electric pump or want to blow it up with lung power. It doesn't take as much air to inflate it compared to the cheaper ones, and of course the larger more costly ones.It was easily transported and not too heavy as it rolls up and fits in bag, good for me as all my gear was strapped to me motorcycle.All in all, would recommend it for camping where a light airbed is important.

Used on recent camp trip to Snowdon (sept),performed spot on.Good quality and the blow up bag supplied is superb,inflated in no time.Would highly recommend.Could not release the air completely when time to go, maybe that's just me.

Light, comfortable air- bed. Easy to inflate (not self-inflating!) with supplied bag. Used with silk liner - not sure of R rating- no problems with heat loss in U.K. summer so far. Value for money. Would recommend.

First air bed in a long time that didn't go down over night,good quality and comfortable.

Great air bed. Very compact and lightweight. The bag used for inflating is a bit hit and miss but really can’t complain for the price. I’ll be buying more for the family
