Some people mixed up vanilla and vanillin, the difference is that vanillin is very concentrated and no sugar in there. You have to be very careful, if it's more than needed it will be very bitter, just horrible bitter. But if you use it correctly, it will give so strong vanilla smell, and you can control sugar because it's not sweet. So, this is a professional vanillin, not vanilla and I love it! Honest or seller
Friends, this is real vanillin and very high quality, but for those who don’t know, VANILLIN is not sweet and you need very little of it in baking, sweet is vanilla sugar. I highly recommend it and the price is ridiculous. THANK YOU MANUFACTURER for this product
