This machine is not safe. I am grateful that I tested on myself prior to to adding it to my service menu as it burned me and left behind blisters. There are no settings outside of timing and continued laser or pulses at no setting is it painless it hurt terribly. I am a licensed body wrapper and know there is no blanket setting. This thing causes a stinging and burning sensation on the skin on every setting. There is no temperature setting which is dangerous. The only setting options are time and pulsating. I returned after initial use b/c this item is not safe to use and not worth the cost.
