Great non-fiction books!
My 6 yr old daughter loves these books. She got her first one as gift and we since bought two more from the series. They provide great information on the life cycles of certain animals for that particular habitat.

Great beginning for Life Cycles
I love this book! I bought it because I am a Marine Bio major and wanted my son to be interested to. It's a bit over his head for a 3 year old, but will be great when he gets to kindergarten. Teaches the life cycles as you follow 4 food chains. Very well done, great pix! We will prob be buying the other series (forest, etc). Must buy for any kid that's into animals!!!!

Perfect for Young School Kids
My 7-year-old son is very into life sciences and already has the "Rainforest" book in this series so we got him this one too. It's at a perfect level for him. Not too technical, but not too baby-ish either. It's informative, concise and contains great images. Will definitely get him more from this series.
