Installed for 8 weeks on the outer duallies on my Motor Home, with no issues to date...
I put these on my Motor Home duallies, outer tires a couple of months ago, and they have been working well to date, with absolutely no air pressure loss to date. Note I was EXTRA careful when I installed these (I installed these myself) - I did not over torque them, and made sure they were not too loose where they would work their way looser over time. These replaced two flexible / braided valve extenders I was having issues with, and so far very happy with the performance. If anything changes on the performance of these, I will update the review.Note these are used on 16" Michelin MS2 tires, which are the outer tires on each side of a dually pair. They are on a 2005 Winnebago Minnie 27' with a Ford E450 Cutaway Chassis. Also note, I installed these valves myself - I have bottle jacks / stand and the tools needed. To do these right, it really requires removing the tires on my RV. Many people get these type of valve extenders installed at the local tire shop, and the local tire shop employees either are not careful, or do not take the time to make sure these are done carefully and correctly. RV owners know how many problems can arise with the various valve extenders, and care needs to be taken installing them. Many times, those same people who have them installed by someone else, then the extenders fail --- they then come to places like Amazon and ding the product, and rate it low, when in reality it might not have been the product that was the issue. Thanks for reading.

Good but use thread locker
Use red permanent thread locker or this will leak.

Does the job!
So I waited for awhile before writing this review just to make sure they worked. I read reviews that mentioned they leaked or didn't work. Well, I've been using them for about 3 weeks and have even traveled pulling a 5th wheel trailer. They have worked well with no leaks. My duals do have rubber stems but I would suggest changing them to steel stems. Reason being is that the move when trying to air up, so you have to use two hands. I plan on changing them on my next tire rotation. All in all, I am very pleased with these valve stem extensions.

Better tightening
Much better valve extension because you can tighten it with a wrench!

It didn't fit on my motorhome
The two star rating may be a bit unfair since I really didn't get to use the extensions. I liked the way they fastened to the stem with a wrench. Way better than the previous ones I had that you tightened by hand. But the length of these when attached to the valve stem was too long and the curved part made contact with the rim. I could see that damaging the extension and leaving me with a flat tire pretty quickly so I returned them.

Nice product
These appear to be well made when compared to some others i bought first. Only reason not 5 stars is that I haven't installed them yet

top quality
I used them on my inner duals on my motorhome which made it much easier to check tire air pressure when on the road. They appears to be well made. No kinks in the bend like some of the cheaper ones that are on some sites.

dont buy these
I took them off because it is hard to get the air through all 4 of them and they all leak air
