The side that threads to the valve stem has opportunity to leak if no installed correctly

As another reviewer said, the end that screws onto your exsisting valve is not hard attached, it turns independantly. This makes these very hard to install on your inner rims, as you cannot reach in there to tighten the connection, which of course is critical/ These come lose, they leak, you have a flat.I took quality electrical tape, and tightly wrapped the end to the shaft, wrapped it about 5 times. This held up real well, i was able to turn the shaft onto the valve stem. You donot need these super tight, but loose is not good either.Of course none of this would be a problem if the wheel was off, a major job on a vehicle with 22.5" dual wheels.L.

The swivel end that attaches to wheel valve stem is difficult to install on the inside dual. It does allow you to better center it in the outer wheel opening when using tire pressure sensors.

I used these in conjunction with new steel valve stems on the inside duals of my 2012 Sprinter 3500 when I installed Alcoa alloy wheels. The 4" extensions worked perfectly. When I measured prior to ordering I thought 3" extensions would work but they were too short. These are easy to install and on my Sprinter with Alcoa wheels position the valve cap perfectly. You will see some reviewers who tried to use these extensions with rubber valve stems and had problems. Installing steel valve stems is an easy way to fix the problem.

Purchased to use on the inside dual wheels of a 43 foot motor home.These valves extender did not have a flat location, or any location, for applying a wrench. Using a pliers to tighten was necessary. Must be careful not to scratch or damage while securing. Otherwise, everything is fine.

A good length extension with a loose hex end for securing to the valve. Its only a problem if you can't get your hand back to the inside wheel valve stem.

The originals that wore out, were solid and could be easily installed and taken off. I found these to be a bit harder and required little hands to fit between the dual tires to install since these are a two piece unit and must be taken off the reverse way.

You need to be careful with assembly. Just tight enough but not to tight as to squeeze the o ring out.

work good but were a pain in th a$$ to install as the nuts on the ends spin and were hard to get to because of the 2 wheelson the coach

delivered as promised. these fit well and are for duallys when the holes in the rims line up perfect.

cannot install until winter is over--they look to be what I am looking for.
