Minor quibbles, overridden by the virtue of its white flash nighttime videos.
I have some minor quibbles with the camera -- the first few frames are dark, because they put the date and time over them, rather than at the bottom throughout the video as most cameras do; a format choice I much prefer -- but that pales in comparison with the fact that this is one of the few white LED cameras around any more. Night videos are in near-daylight colors, as opposed to the zombie-eyed black and white videos from IR based cameras.Overall, quite pleased.

Detection range not nearly as far as the listing would indicate.
The listing emphasized a special "patented" range for the motion sensor, "up to 100 feet". Well I guess 10 feet is "up to" 100 feet. That is the farthest I could get it to detect motion. Otherwise it is not a bad camera trap but priced much higher than alternative I ended up keeping that was less than half the price of this one and had a much farther detection range.

Horrible camera
Extremely disappointed with this camera and with Boly in general!Boly's game cam offerings are, to say the least, ridiculously horrible. I've held my tongue for far too long. Boly cameras have serious longevity issues and all of the ones I've owned have resulted in mechanical failures within 3 years.I've been using them for many years though because they're the only Xenon flash game cams I can find and I like to have night-time color photos. When I buy a Boly, I don't expect much and know that they'll only last a few years tops. So far, Boly hasn't disappointed in that regard. In fact, it seems their cams are getting worse while their prices are getting higher. The complete opposite of other game cam manufacturers. This particular camera . . . sucks big balls long time and continues Boly's ineptitude when it comes to their products and offerings.I use Energizer AA Ultimate Lithium batteries in all of my game cams. They're the best batteries. I get anywhere from 12,000 to 15,000 pictures with a set of 8 before they need replaced. They last all spring and into late summer. Not with this camera. It eats through a set of 8 Ultimate Lithiums in a week! I thought maybe my brand new Lithiums were bad. I bought 8 more. This camera ate through those ones in a week too - I got about 95 pictures with the first set and about 120 with the second set. That's not acceptable. At least with their earlier cam offerings, they didn't eat through batteries like this! It's also not acceptable to pay over a hundred dollars for a Boly xenon flash cam for it to last only 2 or 3 years before resulting in a complete camera failure. So far, I've gone through at least 5 Boly's in the last 11 years or so. That's a rough estimate. I've lost count. Either way, that's not acceptable.I'm done feeling ripped off by Boly. I'm tired of throwing good money at their horrible products. I guess I'm moving to nightvision no flash cams now. That sucks, but I have no choice because there are no economical white /Xenon flash cams out there anymore. One last thing: Do not expect ANY help from Boly. In my experience with them, Boly has very bad -- (non-existent) customer service. They never pick up their phone and never return calls. I actually can't believe they're still in business quite frankly with how bad they treat customers and how bad their products are. I shouldn't say their customer service is "bad", because I've never actually gotten through to speak to anyone. All I know is they don't seem to care.If you want to waste your good, hard-earned money, have to spend money on expensive batteries every week, and want your game camera to only last a few years, do yourself a favor and buy a Boly game camera then. It's all a shame though because when Boly's game cams work, they perform very well compared to other cams. They take great, high-res pictures in day and at night. Their older cams had great battery life. They just didn't last more than a few years. Such a shame. I'm done with them.

These are not the Boly Camearas I know and love
The two BolyGuard White Flash cameras i've bought from Amazon in the law few days are worthless. They refuse to write on standard 32 Gb SD cards, they hang if you try to format them, the battery indicators show low batteries when you've just inserted fully charged ones ... the list just goes on and on.I've used this exact camera for years and years, and their among my favorites of all my trailcams. Not this batch from Amazon, however -- they're disappointing to the point of being infuriating.

Not working after 6 months and no customer service
Quit working correctly and just eats 8 batteries in less than a week. Tried contacting "customer service" seemed like a joke and can't actually talk to anyone.
