TAP Mini-Medicine Ball

I bought this to give myself nightly abdominal massages while undergoing fertility treatments. I give it credit for working amazingly well. My uterine lining was required to increase for the treatment to between 9-12mm. We measured in at 11mm! So I was pretty happy with that result. I'm sure it was not totally the credit of the medicine ball as you also take hormones but there is an element of needing to get blood flow to that part of your body and this really helps with that task. I learned about doing this from Randine Lewis's techniques. I will continue to use the ball for massage and for exercise.

Bought this because the 4lb ball recommended by Trevor Bauer as part of his daily plyos. Bought a set of TAP plyos separately and they all have the good grip texture on them and is the main reason we went with them over the Driveline. This one does not have the texture - so grip isn't as good. Would be nice seeing it's now the heaviest ball he has and needs it the most. Should have looked for a 4lb under prime so I could send this back easier.

Got rid of my hand grip weights and bought this ball. Easy to hold on too with my arthritic hands. Will be getting more in different poundage.

a bit expensive

This plyoball is durable like most of TAP’s offerings, and can be used for a variety of exercises for throwing athletes. I have personally used this product for the past fours years of my college baseball career and have grown pretty accustomed to using it in some capacity. Finally decided to invest in my own!
