My wife wanted this product, uses this product and has experienced success with this product. However ... as a person with a science background (and an RN) I was not completely on-board with this. Weight loss boils down to a fairly simple formula, and is obtained when less energy (calories) are consumed than what are expended ... eat less / exercise more. I do admit that there are studies which support the efficacy of some of the ingredients in this product for naturally accelerating the metabolic functions of the body, but that was not the major reason I supported this purchase. This product is part of my wife's plan for weight loss, it is not her only intervention, but one of several, and as I stated previously, she has experienced success. I gave this product four stars, because I simply cannot give the majority of credit for my wife's weight loss to this product alone, but I also cannot deny that it helped her in some way. I give my wife five stars ... but she would like this to have four ... so there you go.

Arrived in a timely manner, this isn't a product that can be evaluated over night, so for now I'm with holding all opinions.
