It works when u do it right...!!!
The package wasn't sealed...and someone had a opened it before for sure...Bcoz the bottles were kept upside down...🙄Cleanse Ur face&apply Day creme...by evng face has 2B cleansed&at night cleanse b4 u apply night cream&it has to be washed off with a wash fach in the morning...If U don't do it,U may have chances to develop pimples.Without cleansing don't blame the product.Lotus is Amazing.

Very bad experience with Lotus.. i had just buyed the product about a week ago.. and right now my face is covered with full of big pimples. It has damaged my skin.I have normal skin but this product is waste. I would not recommend it to anyone.
