Great product! Increased my bench by 45 lbs*
I used the chains every other week on barbell bench press (and did regular barbell on the weeks in between) and my one rep max went from 260 lbs to 305 lbs! Chains increase the weight lifted the higher you push up the bar, thus improving the concentric part of the lift and helping with follow through. These chains are a useful tool to improve strength and power and shock your muscles, promoting optimal muscle confusion. The only negative is that the chains rust easily if they get wet. Only came with one chain
It says comes with 2 chains and there was only one in the box

Poorly constructed collars.
The chains themselves are fine but a little dirty. The collars however are poorly welded, they clearly just used whatever scrap metal they had lying around and welded it without a form. The collars don't match in size, there's only chrome plating for the finish. For such a small amount of manufacturing they sure did a poor job at it, very disappointed and I won't be trusting these collars with anything vital.

Great Chains for Great Gains!
I bought these chains because I got tired of doing the same things in the gym. These are great for getting stronger quicker than the usual routines. The price for these was as I had expected. They're a bit greasy when you first get them, but it'll take a few minutes to wipe 'em clean.
