Nice flavor and a good price

Initial taste and flavour was fab but has taken on an unpleasant tang for day 2. Stored outside of fridge in cupboard as recommended. Will see how other parts of the batch go and will update my review accordingly.(Updated) moved to a 4 star as rest of batch was better-but have not purchased more. Trying to buy more locally to myself as the main driver.

3 stars for the Biltong (ranged from soft and chewy to hard and tough).5 Stars for the Droewors (full of flavor and nice and chewy).Hence the 4 stars.

We really enjoyed both the tong and wors in the past but I'm afraid this order has let you down. The biltong is tasteless with just a hint of vinegar and the wors does not have the same flavour as before. Unfortunately we will not be ordering from this supplier again.

I'm a huge fan of droewors and biltong so I'm always on the lookout for any I haven't tried. It can be a bit of a gamble sometimes however I was not disappointed with this. Vacuum sealed to preserve the flavour, which made every mouthful a tasty experience.Recommended.

Don't buy it. It got moldy within a day of opening, and after eating it, it caused diarrhea. The next day, when I opened it, there was a strong formaldehyde smell. Upon closer inspection, I realized it must have been moldy a long time ago.

I am an afrikaans South African and I come from a family of game hunters so I feel like I know a good bit of bolting or droe works when I taste it and this is definitely top notch! The biltong is still nice and wet which is the way I like it but if you dont prefer it this way then you can leave it to dry/rest until it's too your liking. The quality is very good however I could have done with more spices on the biltong but the flavour is good and this really isnt a big downfall. The droe wors is also really lovely and I honestly cannot fault it. All in all...true taste of home and will definitely recommend and purchase again.

Disappointed with the dry wors. It’s more like a salami/jerky stick. I realise it goes to personal taste so that’s my opinion. The biltong was good. The vacuum packed products detracted from the biltong pieces, which tended to be glued together. Whilst I understand having to vacuum pack, previous purchases from other companies are vacuum packed differently.
