As a sports teacher my wife gets joint pains quite often, and she could not bear the smell of zandu balm. So while looking for the same came along this product.Although this smells pretty much the same, and in the end, works as good as zandu balm. Anyways Dr. Vaidya's Rumox Balm contains the following ingredients which all seem to be good for the body :Menthol powder 10 percent (Pudina), Camphor powder 10 percent (capur), Thymol powder 5 percent (Ajwain), Eucalyptus oil 25 percent (Neelgiri), Wintergreen oil 25 percent, Turpentine oil 5 percent (Tarpeen)For the quantity it is cheaper than similar products as well, so all seems good. Will edit the review if after long term usage the product doesnt stand up to my families expectation.

Good for body pain. Good smell. Effective for minor body pains like shoulders, legs.
