This dress is so beautiful in person. It is very well made. The sweater-like material is not thin or flimsy. It has some stretch, so it fits the body perfectly. The skirt flares out with pleats and looks so lovely - it's a great dress to twirl around in! My granddaughter wore it for picture day, and it really stands out. She can't wait to wear it again for a special occasion. She normally wears size 6 or 7, so I got the blue dress in size 6/7. It fits perfectly, with not much room to grow though. It is also a tiny bit on the short side. If you want the dress to last another season, I would purchase a size larger. But right now it fits perfectly, looks perfectly beautiful, and looks like a dress that would have cost much more. I strongly recommend it - we're very happy with this purchase. (The website says I purchased this in 7/8 - I purchased it in 6/7. Just want to make that clear!)

This dress is warm, soft, and the size is right on with most children brands. I didn't like the overall fit because the way it was sewn makes it look a bit boxy with bad angles at the shoulders and on the side seams. Also, at this price point, I would expect that the print/design of the dress to line up from front to the back of the dress, but it does not.I'm debating returning it because at this price, you can get a better quality stitching/lining up from another brand, like Hope and Henry

I've been buying Smiling Pinker Christmas dresses for my daughter for years now. I get the next size up in a different design or color every year. I love them, she loves them, and everybody we meet loves them as well! Beautiful and well made. Hold up to the washer and dryer just fine. Sweater dresses are hard to find, for some reason, especially Christmas themed ones. Most of them are way too thin and seem to have been intended for indoor photo sessions only, not just to wear on a cold winter day. With a pair of thick cable knit stockings, this dress is a great everyday dress around Christmastime!

Love this dress. So does our granddaughter and her parents. It's a nice, heavy-weight sweater dress, but did not feel heavy to wear I'm told. Skirt has a nice little swing to it. Granddaughter is between sizes, so it fit just slightly large which is what we expected. Not so large as to look bad, but gives her a little extra wiggle room. This dress was great for Christmas, but is also 'wintery' so is not out-of-place for as long as this cold weather lasts. Definately a keeper!

This dress fit my daughter perfectly. She wears 4T and is small for her age. I think the 3-4 size would be too small for most 4 year olds. The fabric is thick and nice for a winter dress. Seems like good quality fabric. There are no care instructions on the dress. So, I put it in the hand was cycle and laid it out on a drying rack to dry. She will be wearing it for her Christmas concert at school and we are both super excited for how cute she will look in her dress.

I really love the dress, I purchased it for my great granddaughterand it is way too big.I just ordered the same dress in a smaller size.Since she lives in another State I decided to buy a new one rather than return the larger one.I love the way the dress looks, my fault I ordered too big.Thank youHelga Lester

This dress is made beautiful. The fabric is soft and heavy, much more quality than I expected for the price. The problem is, my daughter is 7. A small to average 7. She wears size 4 for waist fit when possible but has to wear six for length and have a tailor fix the width. However, this dress, bought in a 6-7, is too small. The "long sleaves" reach halfway between her elbow and wrist and the skirt rests mid thigh. She wouldn't be able to bend over without someone getting a good look at her undies.👀 the waist fits well which means that's smaller than it's intended size as well. I have to return but this would be a great item for someone way below average height and weight.

This dress was a complete surprise. I was worried that it would be thin and cheap, but it is not at all! Super cute, cozy little sweater dress that is excellent quality. Our youngest looked adorable in it for Christmas! We got the 5T, which is her normal size, and it fits perfectly.
