Pleasant Hearth Mission Style 3-Panel Fireplace Screen

It’s large enough to cover my entire fireplace, whereas some were a bit smaller and didn’t look right. I like the clean lines and feel that it matches a brick layout rather nicely. If you’re into ornate and scroll style, this might not be for you. The cover feels sturdy and always keeps its place without ever being knocked over by pets or kids. I’m very happy with this purchase.

It is sturdy enough that is won't fall over on its own, but it would knock over easily if you push into it or kids playing around it. It looks great though and we haven't had any sparks get through it. Very happy with it and love the look.

First, please forgive this UGLY fireplace behind this beautiful screen!! We purchased a mid century home someone ATTEMPTED to remodel and unfortunately they chose the cheapest, early 2000 style garbage tile to do it. This crap will be taken down and the fireplace restored SOON. Now, onto this GREAT VALUE...this fireplace screen is packaged in bubble wrap, inside of a box at delivery. It arrives assembled so all you need to do is remove the protective bubble wrap and set it onto your fireplace! It’s classy, not a scratch on it and provides a beautiful protective accent to your fireplace!! I purchased a different type for my other fireplace and I paid HUNDREDS for one that isn’t even as nice as this one!! DEFINITELH WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!

Very nice, well made. Finish gives it the look of a costly antique. Good value. FedEx shipping with signature required was a bit of a hassle, especially for an inexpensive item like this.

Very nice and much sturdier than our previous screen, which our kids were always bumping in to and causing to fold inward. With the ends of this screen placed inside the trim surrounding our fireplace the screen stays pretty firmly in place. You can bump it good enough to cause it to fold a bit but it holds up good enough to satisfy what we were looking for. For example, we have a roomba and it could bump our old screen while vacuuming and cause it to fold and occasionally fold enough to fall over. This screen just laughs at our roomba as it bumps in to it and heads off in the other direction. For the price...five stars! Have fun!

Product arrived right out of the box, rusty!Seems to be well made, but plan on refinishing if you purchase this item.

We love this screen. Our toddler and cats can no longer get to the fireplace. The screen gets warm, but it does not get very hot as it extends 10.5 inches from the fireplace. (Our fireplace is 38 inches wide without the marble border, 48 inches with the marble border.) With this screen you can no longer see the glass for our gas fireplace and it now looks like a wood-burning fireplace. Really nice, good purchase.

The description for this product was accurate and fits perfectly. It is sturdy and can easily fold away when not in use.

Our gas fireplace (stove) is near our front window and I was concerned about the drapes touching the stove. We had the stove moved out a bit, but I was still concerned. I put this screen on the back of the stove to keep the curtains away from the stove. I also used three decorative flat stones so that the screen doesn't sit on the gas connection. This is a very nice screen, smooth clean lines. I love it and I don't worry about the drapes being burnt... or the house for that matter.

Works great, in place of an expensive pet gate.
