While, I am sure that this is a good product, there are areas of concern. Obviously we would not give this to our puppy until he has his adult teeth. However, when we asked our vet about antlers in general, she pretty much nixed that idea. She has apparently seen many cases where even adult dogs have had their teeth broken on these things and they required dental surgery in some cases. Our dog is a medium size breed, But she also mentioned that in larger breeds the risk translates sometimes to breaking small pieces off that could be ingested. Again, I’m not disparaging the product in anyway. What I am saying is it’s worth consulting with your vet and make an informed decision for your particular pet.

Our dog has had other similar products and never had any issues. This product made her throw up terribly. It was such a dangerous experience. We never would have thought that a product she didn't even ingest very much of would cause her such trauma so it took us a while to figure out it was the antlers. She has a very healthy diet that has served her well and since her food consumption doesn't change, we thought she had some sore of illness that was causing the vomiting. Once we stopped the antlers, her vomiting stopped. It scares me to think what chemicals they use in their process that deer antlers would be so harmful.

My dogs love these antlers and they are lasting a long time. My 7 month old puppy chews on them every night. I would buy them again.Updated: we still love these. The puppy is now almost 2 and her favorite way to relax is to chew on her antler. We sized up since she grew a bit. I think we’re on our 3rd bag. I’ll keep buying them as long as they keep selling them. She likes me to hold them for her sometimes and I indulge her :)

I don’t know why some people gave this a bad review. When I got mine I was surprised to see that there were so many Anters inside! Big pieces too! I’ll have to cut them down, actually. Also as promised there was NO odor. I will order again and again.

Good quality for the price. Even bigger than I anticipated. Dog loves them!

My doggies love these things. They are great and when we need them to sit still and be calm we give them these and they chew until we put them away. Love these are a natural option for them.

My dogs love their antlers. Antlers are long lasting and a great way for dogs to chew on something you want them to. If my almost year old golden decides to chew on something else, I tell him to get his antlers and that gets him back on the correct chewing track. Soaking in some chicken broth for about 20 minutes refreshes the antlers to keep your dogs interested.

My dogs really love Bully Sticks but they also love antlers. I thoughts I would give these try. My dogs really like them. I like the fact that they last so much longer. I’m very happy with my purchase. I would buy them again.
