I saw this and I thought it was interesting. When it came in, I tried it right away. I have long, thick hair and it was big enough for my hair. I got a lot of compliments from my coworkers and friends. I gave some away to my friends that have long hair. They liked it a lot.

This clip is incredibly elegant and secures hair beautifully. The only downside is that my hair almost doesn't fit. I have almost waist length hair, medium thickness, somewhere between 2c - 3a. As I plan on growing it a bit longer, I soon won't be able to use it. I got the biggest size they had. If they come out with a bigger size, I'll be soooo happy.

I was skeptical that these bun holder clips would work. I have tried various clips and clamps and bun holders, etc., but they were less than optimal at containing my hair and actually holding it in place, without constant re-adjustments. ALL DAY! -I actually fell asleep with one (unintentionally) still in my hair while reading one night in bed and it stayed put until I woke hours later and removed it! I wasn't sure of the size. I actually purchased one this bun style in large and another bun style in medium. I have fine wavy hair, but a lot of it and it reaches to just above my collarbone; the large size works perfectly, holding without any slippage. The medium size works for a half bun/half hair down, or for twisted up hair holding only the ends inside the bun for a type of modified French Twist. These clips are very strong and the overall plastic is quite sturdy. I expect them to last for quite some time. Buying them in this pkg provides me with back-ups and one to slip in my purse for use as needed, as well as a couple to share! Great product at a great price. Arrived promptly. I am very happy with my purchase.

The system is great, however, it needs to be double the size (ordered the large size), with a more malleable plastic or other material. I broke one within 15 minutes. Normal thickness blond hair below shoulder blade length. Even by using 2 of them it barely fit.

I love this hair clip! You twist all your hair into a bun, slide the comb under and the cage over and there’s no where for the hair to escape. I have been torturing myself with rubber bands and Bobby pins. This is a great solution!
