Budget littman for beginners..
excellent built quality and acoustics..just go for it , if tight on budget.. really good at this price from amazon

Need some change with diaphragm
Its no where near the Littman, but u can say its average quality and within the budget for a medico. Rubber tube is broad which makes the stethoscope heavier and periphery of diaphragm is metalic which became cold with slight fall in environmental temperature like in ICU and cold weather and its very uncomfortable for the patients. Thats why only 3 star

Worst stethoscope i ever bought
Within one month of purchase, this is what happened to the stethoscope. I used to put it back into the box once i was done using it. But still one day, when i opened the box, it came out in 2 pieces. I guess there's a reason why everybody prefers Littman.
