This couch is absolutely amazing. It's so freaking beautiful, it's soft but firm and keeps its form. It's always scary ordering something like this online but I was not disappointed whatsoever. I HIGHLY recommend it!The only issue I had was the when screwing on the feet. The larger part had the holes already placed into the wood so it was easy to screw in however the sectional portion did not have any, so I did have to pull out my electric screwdriver and drill bit which was a little frustrating but I'm so happy with the couch I don't care.I will be updating this review in a month to make sure it's still kept its form.****Update!!!!!Its been 1 full year and I still adore this couch. It has completely kept its form and is so comfortable and firm. I literally slept on her last night. Highly recommended.

This couch is beautiful, and appears to be great quality, until you get to the part where you need to attach the legs....There are no holes present, so you have to drill through the wood, BUT before your drill can even get past the wood, you have all this fabric. The fabric curls & twists around your drill, which will then jam it. So you then have to spend extra time untangling your drill from all the weird layers of upholstery.In order to make it easier I had to take scissors and cut off excess fabric, I then was able to start drilling. I still am not finished, also the bottom looks like a tiger had it's way with it, so I now need to fix the underside of the couch. All this work for a $1300 couch?This kind of bull sh*t is what you expect from a $500 couch. I should've bought a vintage couch and done the work myself.If I would've known that I would have to deal with all this nonsense, I would have purchased another couch in a similar style.

The chair is very pretty, very regal. The color is just like the picture and matches some pillow cases I bought from Amazon too. It arrived on time and was well packaged. Assembly was easy. Only the metal legs needed to be attached. However, I was missing one screw. Each leg has 3 screws so it wasn't a huge deal. What I don't like is the missing nailhead on the armrest. The nail is literally sticking out. And the nailheads are not evenly spaced or aligned. The fabric at the bottom of the chair was not fully stapled down and I hope it does not come undone. I would probably give this chair 3.5 stars than 4, and I think it's a little over priced. But it's very pretty and cheaper than I have seen on other sites.

I bought the left facing sectional & club chair. They’re both beautiful & the quality of the materials themselves is great. Unfortunately, I can NOT give them 5 stars because the hooks that latch both pieces of the sectional together were not aligned. I had to literally remove, measure & reposition them. There were so many loose threads that I had to cut & one of the silver studs is missing. Also there were no predrilled holes to attach the legs. Lastly, the cushions are about 2 inches longer than the frame so they hang over AND there are always feathers stabbing through the velvet. I really wanted this set to be great because it is gorgeous but, there just wasn’t enough thought or effort put into the execution of making the sectional. For that I am VERY disappointed that I paid as much as I did.

While this couch LOOKS gorgeous-it’s filled with down or goose feathers which are ALL over the couch CONSTANTLY and also all over my rug-which I must vacuum daily!! Not worth the money!! Sorry I purchased!! Again-looks are deceiving!!

This review is for the ottoman only as that I what we purchased. Overall once built, it is a very nice looking piece that gives you storage without screaming it is a storage ottoman. It is more comfortable than most storage pieces but that comfort does come at the cost of storage space. There is about 60% of the space you might expect to have.All of that would have been fine if the company didn't decide to flat out be lazy with the build. The average customer is willing to do some light no additional tools assembly without much fuss but that is not what this involves. To attach the four metal feet (and I am guessing this is similar to the other pieces) you attach 2 bolts and 2 screws for each foot.Again, doesn't sound that bad right? Well...you would be wrong. I read some users complaining about the lack of predrilled holes and figured, that maybe the company had fixed that issue (nope!) or that they just meant having to screw in wood screws.Nope. The wood screws were a pain because they weren't predrilled and they didn't provide a screwdriver but the real pain in the rear was the bolts. Now I love bolts--you can get them nice and tight--no need to worry about things splitting or overtightening them, etc.But in this case, you had to get the bolts through at least 3 layers of fabric. And to do so, you have to take a razor and start slicing up your new furniture. And you better hope you have plenty of time and a bit of luck because you will need it. I can assemble most furniture without even having to look at the directions but in this case, both my wife and I spent 30+ minutes just attaching the 4 feet on because the manufacturer wanted to save about 50 cents of labor.In the end, we had to give on one of the bolts entirely. Rarely do you see corporate decisions this stupid.Their ratings would be so much higher if they took the time to do this prep for customers. They would have less returns and they would sell more units.

I been waiting this sofa for a while. I must say it’s a really beautiful one except that it came damaged. Holes. Scratches etc. from far as u can see it looks beautiful, firm and even comfortable. But the damage is not ok with me.I would like a replacement of a non damaged one since I waited long enough for it.

I only give this product a 4star because delivery was 3days late. The sectional is my dream couch im in live with it. Very comfortable and can seat at least 8 people comfortably. It is perfection in my book. See pictures
