Would be a five star review because the actual lederhosen shorts are awesome, the fit is great, the leather is luxurious, a great product. Problem is that in the description it states clearly that the suspenders are included. Guess what? No suspenders! Got in touch with customer service at Amazon and they said I'd have to return the product. I said I didn't want to because they are great and couldn't they just send me the suspenders. They said they couldn't do that? What? That makes no sense. I guess I'll try to find just the suspenders.Update: 4 Stars now: after contacting the seller, they.responded within an hour and are sending me my suspenders. When they arrive this will be a five star review!

I wanted to get a jump start this year for Oktoberfest so I ordered this pair of lederhosen way in advance make sure they had my size in stock. They look great in the photo and a excellent price but still a little leery how they would look and the quality in person... Received my pair of lederhosen today very fast delivery, when I open the package all I can say is oh my OMG this pair of lederhosen are stellar!!!! The quality is impeccable, and So Soft to the touch and fit excellent just makes me want to wear them everyday lol and I just might. Definitely order more from this company! Well worth the money, I would expect these to cost a whole lot more. I would give 10 Stars if I could!!!

Best lederhosen I've bought and considering how supple the leather is, well worth the purchase.I'll have to tighten the buttons but nbd.Curvy female 175#, 5'2", 37x28Levi. Size 38 hits at knee, a bit loose at waist but comfy. 36 okay at waist but too tight in the hips, in fact, laughable at the hips.Paired with blouses and hikers, nice to have a little bit of home with me on the road.

I bought this more expensive ($145 or so) model - and it's really a work of art. Others had left reviews that didn't seem to be for this model - the straps are sturdy, the leather lace on the back isn't cheap, the buckles are nice, and the leather is oh so soft and nice. The stitching is really beautiful too. Really is an authentic set of lederhosen. I wear 34" waist pants, and these were a tad snug, but make for a trim clean fit. Like a Holiday Inn, there's no ballroom, so keep that in mind. If you like straight/fitted clothes, buy the same waist size as your jeans. If you buy loose fitting, go up a size.

I really liked these lederhosen upon first receiving them. The shorts themselves are very supple with a very nice deer and leaf pattern. The suspenders, however, leave much to be desired. The buckles are very cheap looking considering the cost of these lederhosen. I could have lived with that but decided to return them after noticing that the leather on the straps was separating from the bonding. To me, this indicated a lack of attention to detail and told me that these were nothing more than costume quality. This a shame considering the apparent quality of the shorts, and I cannot recommend them if you are looking for something more authentic.

tl;dr Excellent product, go a size up.I took the Berlin Oktoberfest lederhosen out for a spin last night and was the hit of the biergarten! These luxurious, well constructed lederhosen are both stylish and comfortable. There are plenty of more ornate (and expensive) pairs out there, but this is a great "starter pair" that won't break the bank and will give you some mileage.I had a minor issue with the stitching on the suspenders loop (that holds the suspenders together where they cross in the back) coming undone, but the seller immediately offered to send a new loop. I look forward to wearing these for years to come.I purchased a 38" waist and (after the leather stretched) they are comfortable in the leg and have a little room for an expanding waistline, but it doesn't look baggy. I normally am a borderline 34"/36" waist.

I wear 34" Levi's and went with the size 34 and it was a perfect fit. The leather is nice and soft. The design/embroidery looks great. I bought this to wear to an Oktoberfest party and to have to wear to two Oktoberfest celebrations in my state. It looks great on me. Tapers around my thighs with a little room to spare. It is not baggy at all and very comfortable. I got tons of compliments. The issue here is quality! There is a leather tie on the back of the waist band. I tied it and the very thin leather cord broke in three pieces. It came with a back up piece (apparently this must happen often) which I decided not to use and tied it with a piece of leather lace I already had. The buckles on the suspenders look cheap (not a big deal). The straps of the suspenders are paper thin. they ends of the strap in the front (the part that goes through the buckle) looks silly because they keep curling up. I kept rolling them back the other way so that it would lay somewhat flat and it always returned to sticking straight out and a little up. Then, I'm at the party for 30 minutes and someone tells me that one of the buttons holding the suspenders on the back popped off. When I took it off a little later, I noticed that some of the stitching on the seams inside are coming apart and while this part isn't important, the "lederhosen4u" label inside came unsown and was hanging down. All this and I was only at this party standing for two hours. No dancing or anything. If it were only $80, I'd be okay with it, but I paid $145.99. I'll be sending this back and getting a quality pair. (I'll try to upload pictures before I send it back)

My husband is a 33 waist(5'9" 170 lbs) so we went with a size 34 lederhosen, since the reviews said that they run a little small. They are a touch snug in the thigh, but overall, they fit pretty good. These lederhosen are well made, very authentic, and they look great. Would definitely recommend.
