Center passage for small (4 lb.) monofilament line is (too) often not always obstruction-free.

Good slip float; must use ingenuity to thread on 4lb test
For it's quality and castability, this float deserves five stars. However, as several posters have noted, it's very difficult to thread onto your line. Doubling the line works for 8lb test mono, doesn't work for 4lb test mono. I know, I spent a good hour; my daughter spent another hour trying to get it on. I finally used one of my daughter's bobby pins straightened and tied to get the line on. Once it's on, it's great.

Perfect for panfish
I love this when Iβm fishing for panfish. Slip bobbers help you cast further, but the Lindy Thill is light enough that the fish wonβt notice it when they are hungry. Hence, it wonβt scare the fish away as the nibble. Best panfish slip bobber you can buy.

works great but hard to thread
This is a decent bobber but as many of the other reviews state it is hard to thread a line through it. The brass sleeves in each end should be connected or solid piece running from end to end. Them not being so makes it very difficult to thread as there is a void between the two that allows the line to drop and misalign with the hole.

Best bobbers I have ever used
Best bobbers I have ever used. If you can find them at your local shop they cost less than 3. Not only easy to cast but the weighted bottom and aerodynamic design allows me to cast further. For catfishing I don't use a bobber stopper. The weighted catfish rig goes to the bottom, the wobbler gives movement to the bait and allows me to see where the line is. For almost all other fishing I use a stopper, better cast and I can easily set my depth. The line will catch when threading. Double the line into a loop and thread the loop. It won't catch on the edge of the brass grommet. You can also use a straight edge and pop the bottom grommet out and return it once threaded.

Not worth what they charge for them.
Not a big fan of these for the price.I fish a lot with a bobber. Mainly a slip bobber is what I use, and this is basically what these are, without the long tube on it.It is supposed to wobble and move your bait when there are waves. Well your bait move regardless when there is waves with any kind of bobber. I did not see any unusual movement between the ones with a tube or this one. By the time you add the weight to the line it is just an ordinary slip bobber with out the tubeI fell for their selling pitch and pretty disappointed in my self for doing so.

As advertised...
1/4 oz of weight causes it to float exactly at the line. Excellent quality & castability.
