I love putting the shampoo/conditioner on this and messaging/washing my Hair. Disregard their use of "air flow", "Strength", and "Power setting" because it could be misleading to some.It has a pump action handle that will blow the silicone bristles up therefore making the bristles more rigid. I simply keep it deflated because it is more comfortable for me.I am buying a couple more for family members to enjoy.
