Wonderful product! Great diet supplement to help meet weight loss goals.came very quickly and am very happy with this transaction!

Upon recommendation from one of my co-workers I ordered the Nophedra capsules from Absolute Nutrition. I have been using the product for a month now and I can tell a difference in my appetite. I don't have the cravings I did before and I find that I'm not hungry as often. In addition to suppressing my appetite I have lost weight as well. The only negative is the size of the capsules. Often I have trouble swallowing pills. These capsules are large so I have trouble sometimes. Overall, a good option for those wishing to lose weight and curb their appetite.

I was grateful to find these on Amazon as they are not available in local stores, only through weight loss centers. When I use these in conjunction with exercise and proper nutrition I have had very good results.

Following a healthy 1500 calorie diet, using my fitness pal to make sure I hit my macros, moderate exercise. Was still hungry although I shouldn’t be because I am getting my proteins and fat, and not killing it at the gym. Was looking for something to take the edge off the hunger. This didn’t help.

Great to curb your appetite but not get the jittery feeling like most diet pills give.

They're OK. didn't seem to help me much as a diet supplement or curve my appetite. The product came in quick & was what it said it was. But I Just didn't like the diet pills myself. they may help you But not for me.

Love this product! Works better if you take it with the T-3 and follow a diet plan!!
