My husband has both colon & prostate cancers. He will ONLY wear these as compared to other brands are least likely to leak nor embarrassing to wear under jeans in public. Trying to save a few bucks on any other brand just ain't worth it. I just wish the price was lower because we need them so often.

I bought these for my almost 11-year-old son who has autism and they work perfect! We have gone through a lot of different brands before finding Prevail! I would 10/10 recommend these for anyone who might need the extra support!!! He says they are comfortable and they fit him perfectly! He is almost 5 foot and 120 pounds and he wears a s/m!

Better fit and packing but size cannot be read off n pop back inp most cases.

These are maximum absorption for overnight. However, my son is ten year old with Down syndrome and he had no trouble peeing through it. I recommend tranquility overnights they actually absorb a lot of urine and unfortunately they are more expensive.
