Vector Quintuple Refined Butane Gas Fuel Refill - 6 Cans

I have a kitchen torch that gets used for all sorts of stuff besides creme brulee, but when I got it I used a common gas that my supermarket carried. It sputtered and smelled funny and just didnt burn well, so I complained to the manufacturer of the torch. They suggested a short list of butane including the vector gas. Sure enough, once I purged the supposed brand name gas out of the torch and refilled it with this, it burned great.I guess butane is really dirty and most manufacturers just sell it unrefined or barely refined. It takes at least 3-4 filtrations to use in a quality butane lighter or torch. This is filtered at least 5 times.So far its worked out extremely well for me, and bought in quantity is cheaper than the supermarket canned butane.

After reading all the reviews for this product I was sure to be happy and when I got them I was until I seen the expiration date of more than two months before. If I was using it for a lighter or something like that I probably wouldn't have a problem but I'm using it to make medicine so I was a little unhappy. I bought from VapeUSA so if you don't want a outdated product, don't go through them.

The quintuple refined butane is key for keeping your butane lighters or other butane powered devices clear of debris. This butane may be more expensive than the cheap stuff you can pick up at Home Depot, but it is worth the peace of mind when you have an irreplaceable device that uses butane to operate. I tend buy this stuff in bulk since it doesn't go bad and it's cheaper in the long run, so this 6 pack is awesome. Shipped quickly, but keep in mind that it has to ship ground due to FAA and TSA regulations (reminder: don't take this stuff with you on a plane.)

Best fuel I've used comes with optional tips. Worst design I can think of for holding and storing those tips.The optional tips are molded as part of the cap. To use one, you have to break it off, leaving a hole in the cap. Use three tips and you have three holes. The holes are twice the size of the tips making the cap useless as a place to store the tips! The prior design put all the tips on a separate plastic "tree" under the cap. You could use the tips without detaching and losing them later. I don't know what they could have been thinking when they made the design change.

of the 6 cans received, i found some sort of additive in two of them. i tossed a 3oz (30g) batch of wax as a result. if you're buying this because everyone is telling you it is clean and pure, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a quality n-butane that is guaranteed by the manufacturer to be 99.999% pure and *ADDITIVE FREE*.this is not that product, at least not from the stockpile my shipment came from. I will never buy vector again for anything other than refilling my lighters.

It's a Simple Idea, you use the Best ingredients to get the bestFinished Product. For lighter Refilling, etc a Lower Number of RefiningTimes and Cost will work Fine. But when using a Product to Create a Medicine you Cannot Get A Better Butane, PPM is Low, Quality is Exceptional,.This is The Best, Hands Down. I have tried just about every Brand Known to Man over The Last 15 Years. This is my first time using VECTOR and will use No other from now on. The Results are Exceptional and Consistant. Enough Said.

I was impressed that this product had so many 5 star reviews and I was pretty confident when I ordered that I would be satisfied with the product when it arrived... and I was... very satisfied. Product was exactly as described, high quality, and I received the well packaged product in a reasonable amount of time (5 days, I believe) so I will be ordering more sometime in the not too distant future. 5 stars all the way around.
