I didn't listen to the size chart. Big mistake. I'm 5'7 180 lbs should have gotten an xl. But its just motivation to get it to fit. Please listen to the size chart 😂 i love the material I do recommend!

I like the fit but the only thing is that I don't like is that when u use it several times it bends u take a seat! is not discreet like it says! other than that is ok

Fits as expected. Remember to read up on how to waist train properly.. for example.. whenever you starts on a new waist trainer.. you'll need to break it in and only use it for 2 hrs/day for the first 2 weeks.

I got a large and was worried it would be too big but couldn’t even clasp it up.

Purchased on amazon so i could get faster shipping. Followed size chart and measured my waist but the product was a 1/2 inch Or so too small. Returned it. Plan to reorder in larger size
