Excellent Pump
I love how easy it is to customize the pup routine in the app. Setup was super easy and quick took me all of 5 minutes to have it in the tank and running. the rest of the time was spent playing with the settings. It was fantastic at creating wave action in my tank.

Big flow in a small footprint
We previously had two traditional power heads on our 100gallon (4’x2’x2’) tank. We picked this up after one of those went out. we’re running this at 75% power on a few different programs through out the day and the corals, fish and anemones in the tank love it. The foot print is very compact but the wide flow pattern moves water all through the tank. The app makes programming very easy and the controller module is small enough to hide anywhere. The magnet is a little weaker than I’d like it to be but definitely an easy fix.

Super flow, no sound
This is the the best power head I have ever used. The flow is vey wide, easily controllable, and absolutely silent.

I got this pump to use on my 300 gallon Deep Dimension tank, with the intention to add a second one later at the other end eventually if happy with it.Set up was very easy with the App, My tank has 3/4 inch glass and the magnets hold with ease.* Note: AI Has updated the pump to include a fishguard on the backside so no one can get sucked in. It now comes standard with an purchase. My understanding is that if you have an older one without the guard, they will send you one free, you pay the shipping. My tank is 6 foot long, and 3 foot wide, I can see lots of movement from my corals even at the far end of the tank from the pump. The variable speed and patterns available offer a lot of options, the ability to push a button on the side of the tank for a brief lull while feeding is nice as well.We will definitely be adding a second pump for the other end to offset and set up an oblong circular flow of the water

Perfect wave simulator.
This thing is awesome. Does an amazing job of stirring up my 55g. Had to turn it down to 2-4% . Would be great for an even larger tank.

Sleek, powerful, innovative
This pump gets a bad rep, I honestly dunno why. Powerful as heck, really nice interface, controllability, and slim sleek design. If I could add a recommendation it would be to have a better directional option and possibly a way to put closer to the top without sucking air.

Awesome pump- worth the money
Replaced a Icecap Gyre and glad I did. The cost may turn you off, but trust me, it is well worth it. It moves a lot of water and the app is easy to use.

Lots of power, but beware for a small tank!
This unit has a lot of power behind it and it has some good settings for wave action, but it defaults to full speed (or near enough) whenever you try to put on a new setting. Knocked my GSP right off its rock! And every time I tried to change settings, it would default to 75% of full power again. It needs an ability to limit total power for smaller aquariums. I ended up with sand blown everywhere and half my corals coming off. Also, as other people have noted, the magnet is super weak, and I was pretty concerned that my sea cucumber would end up finding its way into one of the really wide intake holes. Needs some serious revision for v2.
