Amazingly sharp
Bought this for my girlfriend who loves to cook. This knife is great. I have had henkles, this is a lot sharper. Have had it for a month. She did not want me to spend this much on a knife, but now she agrees it is worth it. She has small hands and it is very comfortable for her. Mine are large and I like it also. Recently we stopped at William Sonoma and held shun, global, wustoff and some others. We both agree, yaxell is more comfortable for use. I won't speak for the sharpness of the others, because we did not cut with them. VERY happy with them. Eventually I will get paring knife. Price is not cheap, but no kids in house to destroy them.

Sharp knife!
Scary sharp knife. Thin blade, light. It is a grrat, well balanced knife, my issue is it small in my hands. My wife love it for smaller vegetables.I love the knife and construction, just want to get a larger (i.e. 8" chefs) model.

This is expensive but it is awesome. Sharp as a razor
This is expensive but it is awesome. Sharp as a razor, thin blade thickness and the size I wanted. I looked at a LOT of knives online in this size range before I chose it. Well worth it. Able to easily cut paper thin scallions.

He's too scared to use/damage it so it sits on his shelf like some soft of family katana
I bought it as a gift for my brother. It cuts well. He's too scared to use/damage it so it sits on his shelf like some soft of family katana.
