This is the way to go when you have a fuel problem, especially for the money.
I installed this today on a Toro Powerlite 98cc Snow Thrower model 38182 that wouldn't start. I found I needed a needle seat and another o ring in the old carb. The price on this new carb can't be beat! After installation, it started with only 5 pulls.

Well worth getting to replaced fouled carb
Very simple replacement for a garbage-picked snowblower with a clogged carb. Install took less than 5 mins and snowblower roared to life after the second pull. I didn't use all the extra parts, but nice to know that they are available if you need them.

Worked for me!
I installed this carburetor on a 20+ year old MTD snowblower and it fired up on the second pull. The carburetor was clean and the accessories were of good quality. Go ahead and buy it if all the dimensions are compatible.

Perfect replacement- 10 minute job.Very satisfied. Power broom had been sitting idle for 15 years. Inner workings of carburetor had clogged with varnish. Only pennies more for new unit versus taking time to rebuild old one.

Good Product—no issues.
Installed on my TORO POWERLITE 98cc snowblower, and ran the unit with no issues. Like most others, I took the opportunity to thoroughly clean and service the old carburetor, and will keep it as a backup.

Bauteile nicht kraftstofffest - Vergaser Kernschrott nach einer Anwendung.
Habe diesen Vergaser im Frühjahr 21für meine alte Schneefräse gekauft, da der originale Vergaser defekt war. Habe den ebenfalls mitgelieferten Benzinhahn montiert, da original kein Hahn montiert ist. Probelauf war erfolgreich, Vergaser wurde entleert und der Benzinhahn geschlossen, dann habe ich die Fräse weggestellt und wollte sie erstmalig im Dez. 2023 wieder verwenden. Nach Einfüllen von neuem Zweitaktgemisch stellte sich heraus, das der Benzinhahn leckt. Beim Abziehen der Benzinschläuche brach der eine Schlauchnippel ab, der ganze Hahn war mürbe geworden. In der Schwimmerkammer fanden sich Kunststoffreste, die Dichtungen des Vergasers waren ebenfalls aufgequollen und weich.Der Vergaser wird jetzt komplett entsorgt.

No mixture or idle adjustment screws, no provision for a throttle cable,
Fits well, engine started up and ran good right out of the box. Switched to the original fuel jet in the bowl and runs top notch. Would purchase another if needed.
