ACME Dresden Nightstand - 12143 - Cherry Oak, 31.75"L x 20"W x 30.5"H

The bedside table arrived in a well made package and was undamaged . Only the legs required attachment. All the assemble aligned perfectly. The difficult part was the unpacking. A beautiful bedside table.

Both nightstands were damaged on the lower front corners. It looks as if the picker or forklift that picks up boxes by press on its sides crushed the wood. One of the two nightstands lower drawer was not mounted properly. I found the screws to it loose in the box. It was impossible to correct it after it was assembled. The wood is glued in place not allowing you access to put the screws back it. I am going to order another set of nightstand. I am hopes someone else pulls the boxes off of the pallet id a more gentle fashion.

It’s pretty and heavy, came in more pieces (broken) than an ikea bookshelf. I feel for the price they should either have a better quality control or better packaging, decided to keep due to matching furniture, but sad of the condition.

I give it one star only for the quality of the materials. However the craftsmanship is substandard as both nightstands arrived with rails broken and one of the drawer supports was damaged and disconnected as well. I had to personally break both down and perform repairs including replacing drawer rails, repairing drawer wooden supports etc. I have wood working skills so I decided not to send them back. I do not expect others to tackle this project but had the tools to create top quality nightstands. I do not recommend this product from this seller at all. These are not complex pieces of furniture so there is no excuse for the horrible lack of quality craftsmanship.

Beautiful piece except when received, it’s damaged and/or missing pieces. I ended up ordering 3 nightstands. One was badly damaged and I had no choice but to return, one was mildly damaged and missing pieces, one was missing screws which I ended up going to the hardware store to purchase more.

LOOOOOOOVED IT!! THE ONLY DRAW BACK WAS THAT IT WAS DELIVERED ON A PALLET AND I HAD A HARD TIME DISPOSING OF IT. ALSO I HAD TO BE HERE TO SIGN THAT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE. VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE.

When I unpackaged the dresser, the drawer supports were broken the lateral, and the horizontal support for the drawers. Instead of sending back I will glue and repair myself will not buy from them again.
